Teddy and Badrieh have spent years working closely together, refining a shared design language where structure, space, and interior detail are considered as one. Decisions aren’t passed between separate teams. They are made together, early, and with clarity.
Our architect firms approach has been shaped through experience on some of London’s most established and demanding estates, including The Crown Estate, Howard de Walden Estate, and Grosvenor Estate. These projects require careful coordination, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of how buildings are designed, used, and approved.
By keeping architecture and interior design in-house, the process remains joined-up from start to finish. Teddy and Badrieh lead each project from initial concept through to delivery, coordinating consultants and working closely with building contractors through to final sign-off.

Badrieh Johari
Lead Interior Design Director
Badrieh Johari leads our interior design team. Her approach is calm and considered, shaped by years of working on high-end residential projects across London. She believes interiors should be easy to live with. Not just beautiful to look at.
Much of her work sits within Grade I and Grade II listed buildings and established London estates, where proportion, detail, and restraint matter. She has delivered more than 50 residential projects, often navigating complex constraints while keeping spaces clear, balanced, and quietly refined.
Badrieh designs with context in mind. Materials, light, and layout are chosen carefully, always in response to the building and the people who live in it.
The result is interiors that feel personal, resolved, and built to last.

Lead Architectural Director
Teddy Laurence has been working in architecture for over twenty years. His focus has always been on getting the fundamentals right. Structure, compliance, and detail. When projects are complicated, that matters.
He started out in healthcare, designing hospitals and surgical centres for NHS Trusts. The work demanded absolute precision and careful coordination across large consultant teams. That way of working still shapes how he approaches residential architecture today.
Much of Teddy’s experience sits within London’s most sensitive buildings. Grade I and Grade II listed properties. Higher-Risk Buildings. Estates where planning is exacting and change is closely controlled. He has led more than 200 projects and is often brought in when permissions are difficult, the brief is demanding, or the building leaves little margin for error.
One notable project involved the full transformation of a Mayfair townhouse for a private international client. The works included a double basement, a private lift, and a bespoke swimming pool, all delivered within a listed building.
