interior design

Tucked away in one of London’s most sought-after neighbourhoods, the Trevor Square project was less about contrast and more about balance. For Payte Architects, the aim was to work with the building’s existing character—retaining its heritage while carefully reimagining both the architecture and interior design for modern living.

We led the full renovation and interior design of this 3,068 sq ft, six-bedroom home, shaping a cohesive scheme that connects traditional architectural detailing with a refined, contemporary aesthetic. Each space was considered in terms of flow, light, and atmosphere, ensuring this West London interior design felt as resolved as the structure itself.

Formal living areas were thoughtfully refined, the kitchen was redesigned with a clean, modern sensibility, and the master suite was conceived as a calm, spacious retreat, complete with tailored his-and-hers dressing rooms. Material choices, finishes, and furnishings were selected to complement the building’s heritage while introducing a quieter, more current layer of luxury.
The result is a home that feels unified and intentional—where London architecture and interior design work together seamlessly, rather than as separate elements.
