This property resides within the historic Berkeley Court, a mansion constructed in the 1930s, showcasing Art Deco architecture. The building features a spacious roof garden quarter of an acre in size. We were entrusted with this project to transform the property into an opulent and modern residences.

Architecture
We formed a close working relationship with the building’s managing agents, and successfully secured approval to increase the amount of bedrooms and enhance the properties living space. Working as the lead Architects, our team prepared all the documentation to secure the management license and created the construction plans in order to implement the new layouts for these apartments.
