Transformational Design

The project was a full conversion from a studio apartment to a contemporary 1 bedroom flat, the work we carried out put our design team’s innovative skills on full display. We utilised our experience in interior architecture, we implemented underfloor heating and optimised the space, offering a build that was a practical and elegant living space.

Regulatory Compliance

We obtained the License to Alter (‘LTA’) and listed building consent, which was essential for the needed structural modifications. This task required us to get approvals from the freeholder, Westminster Council, as well as The Church Commission.

Our Architect team created a design brief that matched the client’s vision, they received detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and a full work schedule. Once we have obtained the consents, the project was actioned and completed swift in a 72-day window.

Cost Management and Quality

We worked diligently to control costs while ensuring superior quality for the end product. The fixtures and fittings were carefully selected, balancing cost with premium quality. We used well known quality brands including kitchen units from Wren, tiles from Topps, and bathroom fixtures from C.P. Hart. We invested in high-touch areas such as Grohe taps and Corringham kitchen worktops to enhance the properties quality.

Financial Performance

This project yielded a high Internal Rate of Return (IRR) for the investors, this return was due to a strategic approach and execution.
